Did you know that University of Florida students flew on the inaugural Qantas flight from Dallas/Ft. Worth to Brisbane? Or that, according to Penn State students, Fergburger makes the best hamburgers? And, have you heard our South Queensland students saw countless sea turtles off Lady Elliot Island?
Thanks to our 2011 student bloggers, everyone in the AUIP community gained an inside look at program happenings from world-class snorkeling to muddy hikes and everything else in between.

AUIP Seeks Marketing Interns |

What garners you strong internship experience, independent study credit, networking opportunities, a stipend, freebies and a preference for South Pacific in-country positions?

2011 Photo Contest Starting |

We know you took thousands of photos on your study abroad program and have been showing them off to friends and family since your return. All your photos are most likely phenomenal, but we need you to pull out your best photo to submit in the 2011 AUIP Photo Contest: Far Beyond the Classroom.
Open to all AUIP alumni who have studied abroad on an AUIP program, the contest accepts photos starting August 1 and continuing until August 29, 2011. Alumni who submitted a photo last year are once again eligible to submit a photo this year. Full submission details are available here. |

New University Partners |

Each year AUIP welcomes new universities to our consortium model. Many universities opt to offer one of our programs the first year and then add additional destinations through the years.

We are pleased to announce Ohio State joined the consortium for the North Queensland program this year. The Buckeyes sent a strong contingent of 29 students accompanied by Dr. Eric Toman and his graduate assistant Jennifer Sherry.
For the 2011-12 academic year, we look forward to having San Diego State University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign join us, as well as multiple other potential partners……>read more |
